The Save Our Soul Coalition, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, organized exclusively with the mission to preserve, protect, educate, celebrate, and sustain the unique root culture of New Orleans, the sacred traditions of Congo Square, and the legacy of Louis Armstrong. It is the culmination of fifty years of civic engagement in and around this culturally-rich neighborhood and a voice for our city moving forward.
